Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 4 egg whites


  • 4 egg yolks


  • 120 gram powder sugar


  • 120 garm of maida/ wheat flour


  • 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice


  • Milk 30 ml


  • Oil 30ml


  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence


  • 100 ml of fresh cream


  • 200 ml of melted chocolate


  • 1 tablespoon of sugar sprinkles

Directions

  • First prepare Chocolate Ganash
  • Make a double boiler add fresh cream after slightly boil add melted chocolate switch off the flame
  • Mix well and close a clinging cover and keep aside for a 3-4 hours
  • Next prepare a cake
  • take a mixing bowl add egg whites and beat well
  • add lemon juice and beat well
  • Beat well while adding powdered sugar little by little
  • Beat well reaching the stiff peak
  • Add vanilla essence and mix well with a help of the spatula
  • Add egg yolks and just follow fold and cut method help of the spatula, don't use beater
  • Then add milk and oil mix well
  • Last add flour little by little and just fold and cut
  • Finally cake batter is ready grease a heart shape cake pan and pour the batter, tap the tin
  • Preheat the microwave oven /oven 150 degree celcious and bake into 35-40 minutes
  • After baking allow it cool completely
  • Then after few hours take a ganash. It's like a pastry cream.
  • Take a pastry stand and place the cake and slice into 2 portion for middle
  • Then apply some ganash into middle portion help of the offset spatula
  • Then place tap portion, first cover the side portions and next top portion apply ganash evenly
  • Then take a pastry piping bag add rosselt Nozzle and cut the edges and put some ganash
  • Pipe into the cake like rose design
  • Piping all sides and edges
  • Last sprinkle some sugar sprinkler
  • Then enjoy with your tasty chocolate Ganash cake
